Lucknow/Prayagraj
Fresh controversy has emerged ahead of the planned student protest at Eco Garden in Lucknow, with students and supporters alleging that several well-known educators, including Vivek Sir, Ravi Tiwari Sir, Maruf Sir, and others, have been placed under house arrest or preventive restrictions to stop them from participating in the demonstration.
According to student groups, these teachers had openly supported aspirants raising concerns over alleged examination irregularities and paper leak issues. The planned protest at Eco Garden was expected to bring together students and educators demanding greater transparency in recruitment examinations.
As of now, claims regarding house arrest and movement restrictions are being circulated by students and supporters on social media. No official statement confirming these allegations has been released by the authorities.

The latest developments come only days after the coaching institutes associated with these educators were sealed by the Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA).
Government officials stated that the action was taken because of alleged violations related to fire safety regulations, building compliance, and other administrative requirements. Authorities have denied any connection between the sealing drive and the teachers’ involvement in student movements.
However, many students and supporters have questioned the timing of the action. They point out that the affected educators had publicly participated in student demonstrations and candlelight marches concerning alleged examination irregularities shortly before their coaching centres were sealed.
The affected institutes included Exampur, Target With Ravi Tiwari, and Climax Coaching. Supporters claim that the actions against these institutions created fear among students preparing for government recruitment examinations. These allegations remain disputed, and authorities maintain that the action was purely based on regulatory compliance issues.
With the Eco Garden protest approaching, attention is now focused on whether the educators will be able to participate and whether the concerns raised by students regarding recruitment examinations will receive an official response.
The situation continues to develop, and several of the allegations being made by students and supporters remain unverified at the time of publication.
